From late 30’s, life can be fantastic but it is often a time of changing circumstances and fluctuating hormones (think perimenopause & menopause). It can also feel ultra-busy, stressful and like there are never enough hours in the day. You may start to notice that your zest for life, energy and overall mood is lower and that you become much more aware of little niggles in your body and with your overall health.

It is therefore essential that you start to focus on yourself and your needs more than ever before. Focussing on your nutrition - both what and when you eat - can have a hugely positive impact on the way you feel and of course, the way you look. The foods you eat affect every cell and system in your body so it is so important you prioritise this part of your life.

Having worked with many women and going through the perimenopause myself, I am extremely passionate about enhancing health by integrating positive and sustainable nutrition to achieve a more hormonally balanced, naturally energised and very best version of themselves.
